Do Not Get Stuck In The Shift

Hi Kingdom family,

As I sat in prayer with the Lord, He spoke something simple but yet so important to me: “Do not get stuck in the shift.”

God is moving, and He is moving at an accelerated pace. During prayer, He gave me a demonstration. I stood still and began to move both of my hands in a quick circular motion. As I looked at my hands, I was spinning them so fast that even I couldn’t keep up with them. I asked, “Lord, what are You showing me?” And He spoke to me:

“Daughter, this is how quickly I am shifting things for My people in this season. Many feel spiritually and physically stuck, not because I am not moving, but because I am moving so fast. They don’t know which way to turn or what to complete first. The wisdom, strategy, and revelation they are searching for will not come from other people, but only from Me. I am teaching My children to seek Me, to hear Me, and to obey Me quickly. There are things I desire to release into their hands, and the times we are entering require quick obedience. No more delay. Those who obey will see a rapid release of My promises. Those who refuse through disobedience, whether procrastination, doubt, or fear, will be just as guilty as those who intentionally disobey me. This season is critical daughter.”

This was one of those words from the Holy Spirit that gripped my spirit. We cannot afford to treat this season lightly. The hand movement the Lord showed me is a prophetic representation of things accelerating, turning, and shifting at such a speed that if we are not anchored in Him, we will feel lost, confused, and unable to keep up. He is not asking us to keep up with the speed. He is asking us to stay still in Him, so He can move us at His pace.

This is why obedience is everything. Partial obedience is still disobedience. Delayed obedience is still disobedience. Whether it’s procrastination, fear, doubt, laziness, or lack of faith, none of these can go with us into the new place God is calling us.

The Bible reminds us:

  • “And this is love, that we walk after His commandments.” (2 John 1:6, ESV)
  • “If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.” (Isaiah 1:19, ESV)
  • “Blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.” (Luke 11:28, ESV)

We cannot afford to get stuck in the shift. The promises of God are waiting for our YES, even the promises that we may have felt like God forgot about. The strategies, blueprints, and answers from God that we’ve been praying for are already ready for us, but they will only be released through obedience.

My encouragement to you is to sit before The Father and make room to hear His voice. This means to clear out any distractions. Fast, pray, and quiet the noise of the world. Write down what He says and be obedient to what He instructs you to do. Do not compare your pace to anyone else’s, your assignment was uniquely created for you and only you. The enemy would love to use things such as procrastination, fear, doubt and distraction to keep us paralyzed in this season. But God is calling us higher, into radical trust, radical faith, and radical obedience. We will thrive, flourish, and see the hand of God move powerfully. The acceleration that you feel is to position you and prepare for the outpour of His promises.

Let’s not get stuck in the shift, let’s move with God.

Forever at His feet,

Kiara
