During a recent time of prayer, God spoke to me about some important issues involving our food and the climate. He revealed that there will be a widespread outbreak of E. coli causing severe sickness, and this issue isn’t just about unsafe handling of food but is also connected to global warming. This will become more evident and one of the consequences will be the spread of harmful bacteria such as E. coli in certain foods, but especially in meat products across the nation.

God also revealed to me that global warming and climate control efforts will play a significant role in the spread of issues like E. coli. There are scientists who are genuinely trying to address global warming and reduce the effects of climate change through “climate control” technologies, geoengineering methods aimed at managing weather patterns, adjusting carbon levels, and controlling global temperatures. However, there are also scientists and world leaders who are attempting to manipulate the weather with ill intentions. This is not just a physical issue, but a spiritual one as well.

Although some of these methods may offer temporary solutions, we must remember that God is the Creator of the entire universe. No human effort, no matter how advanced, can surpass His authority over the earth and its elements. Psalm 24:1, ESV- “The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” Colossians 1:16-17, ESV- “For by Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.”

Holy Spirit is providing His people with strategies for how to prepare during these times and times to come. While we are called to take physical steps, the most important preparation is spiritual. We must be led by the Holy Spirit in every area of our lives, trusting in God’s wisdom as He guides us in how to protect ourselves and our families, both spiritually and physically.

Below are a few preparation tips and strategies:

1. Pray Daily & For Discernment – Pray daily and seek God’s wisdom daily. The Holy Spirit will guide you in all truth (John 16:13).
2. Start Growing Your Own Food: God gave me a vision of events unfolding on the earth that will lead many people to begin organic gardening both outdoor and indoor and raising livestock, allowing them to have control over what they consume. If you’re not in a position to garden or raise livestock right now, or if you don’t have a community to do this with, do not panic. God will still provide His people with resources and strategies to navigate these times. Seek im in prayer for guidance and strategy.
3. Support Ethical Practices: Holy Spirit may lead you to support local farmers who focus on safe and clean farming methods.

In this season The Father has me as well as His trusted prophets releasing many prophetic warnings. These warnings are not shared to create fear but to make known the importance of being spiritually and physically prepared. While some events will be prevented through prayer and intercession of the righteous, there will be some events that must take place. Remember that even in those events, God will still get the glory.
